Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered via Omniva, Venipak, and Latvijas Pasts parcel terminals.

Order dispatch time is 2–5 business days (depending on order volume), but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

PARCEL TERMINALS / PICK-UP POINTS

  • Venipak parcel terminals: €1.30

  • Latvijas Pasts: €1.00

  • Omniva: €2.50

COURIER DELIVERY

  • Courier delivery to your door: €4.85

  • Free parcel terminal delivery for orders over €20 / Omniva from €25

  • Free courier delivery for orders over €100

Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 2–5 business days.
In exceptional cases — for example, custom-made or pre-ordered items — we reserve the right to ship within up to 30 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.

Delivery Time Within Latvia:

2–5 business days (depending on parcel terminal load).

Please note: if the Buyer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (not due to product defect), the return shipping costs must be covered by the Buyer.
